Catering

The location of our lodging house among woods and lakes decided about our daily menu. Seasonal fresh fish from local ponds, mushrooms and forest fruit, homemade products delivered by recognized suppliers combined with our culinary passion shall satisfy the most demanding palate. We praise simple local cuisine based on high quality raw materials. Our priority is to fulfill our guests’ needs and be aware how crucial food is for them. We also do not have the slightest problem to modify the menu for people on a diet: gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or with a low glycemic index. With attention and enthusiasm, we approach every order.
